Ginger Syrup - 25ml
Lapsang Souchong - 25ml
The Quincey
Eau De Vie - 50ml
Quince liqueur - 50ml
Ice cider - 25ml
Peychauds bitters - dash
Cider vinegar - 3 drops
Ice Cider Martini
Blend 10 seedless grapes with a generous glug of Ice Cider and Eau De Vie. Once pureed, pour through a sieve into a cocktail shaker of ice. Shake well and serve.

Stirred and served up

Fresh mint finely chopped
Crushed ice
Fresh lime juice
Cane sugar
Slice of lime
Apple juice
Apple and Blackcurrant Mojito, as above with a dash of our Blackcurrant Liqueur
